What night is your rehearsal/dinner?

I just found out the church we are likely going with will have the rehearsal the night b4 the wedding & doesn't start until 8 pm & if there is more than 1 wedding that weekend, you have to wait around...that seems crazy to me. What time will we be going to dinner.....10pm?

Ideally it would be great if it was 2 days before...

I am getting married the day after thanksgiving, so we can't have it the day before, we are having it on Tuesday, married on a Friday

Rehearsal and dinner was Tuesday, May 24th and wedding was Friday, May 27th.

It will be Friday for a Saturday wedding. My parents are OOT, and we are getting married at the hall.

We did ours a week before. It wasn't my choice and my twin brother wasn't there but my OOT BM flew up a that day so she was able to make it

Ours will be the Sunday afternoon before the wedding. We aren't having a real 'rehearsal', that will be gone over just before the ceremony and I am sure it will be fine, but we decided that it would be easier to have our families and friends come out to lunch on a weekends than to have them come on a weeknight with work the next day.
