OMG me too. I was getting out my fall/winter stuff over the weekend and putting away the summer clothes...wow I dont know what the hell I did last winter b/c apparently I only have like 3 pairs of pants and like 2 sweaters lol I told FH i NEED to go shopping. But he ignores me b/c I always say that

when did you buy it? alot of the bags are warrantied...you can get another one bc usually their other bags the leather is actually hard

I bought it maybe 3 years ago through eluxury.com. I just assumed this is hwo it was, considering the bottom isnt really reinforced. Makes me so sad!

hmmm not sure if it can still be done, usually its on the receipt you get from the LV store, they are really weird though and sometimes wont even check receipts which surprised me...I went to exchange a brand new bag and the guy just goes to give me a new one, im like uhmmm would you like the receipt and he was like yeah ok, otherwise he wouldnt have even looked at it
