It takes time to take form. But it should have formed by now lol
I NEVER use it b/c I feel like it looks saggy!! But I saw Brittney Spears (my idol, obviously) with one, and hers sagged in the middle also.

I regret it all the time, b/c I could have had two nice coach bags for the price i paid for that one.

The last time i went, the cheapest bag in the store was $900...

i was surprised too, i thought with the money i had left over i could find something decent but honestly nothing...i couldve bought something small but i said ill just hold on to it and put it towards something else...so i just bought another bag and used the credit and the rest paid cash. The small papillon bag was 600-something though

I have a speedy. It loses its shape as soon as you put anything in it. Don't do it! I'm disappointed with it every day.
I have a speedy too -- actually 2 I originally had the 25 and then decided it was too small and got the 30 (intending to resell the 25) and then I decided I liked the 25 too. What size do you have? The 25 holds it's shape a lot more, but I love the saggyness of the 30. I use the 25 if I'm going out at night and the 30 if it's more casual and/or if I have a lot to carry.
You should look into getting a 'purseket' (it's hard to describe but basically you put it in your bag and it adds lots of compartments and helps speedies keep their shape). I didn't want one since I like the saggy look but I used to belong to a purse board and people swore by it.
