NONE that are important to me. The only thing I can think of is we get out at 3PM on Fridays during the summer.
The one thing I wished my company offered was tution reimbursement. I would love to go back to school and either get a masters or go back to school to become a teacher.

Hmmmm perks......lunch on Fridays. If it wasnt for my Boss I would leave this place in a HEARTBEAT I love this woman like a mother and thats how she treats me. I would have to say she is the perk.

I would say as a teacher the perks are the vacation time we get and the kids( the good ones of course) I'm sure you teachers out there can relate!!

We get a lot:
100% tuition reimbursement plus books & supplies $500 towards gym reimbursment discounted cable/dish service discounted movie/play tickets
Other good stuff too. I can't complain.

Sage! I get that too...and Mondays off, but sometimes I feel like I sell my soul for those Mondays...with all my countless canceled lunch plans, coming in early and working late all the time.

Discounted gym membership Reimbursement for travel and parking Some sort of tuition reimbursement Some sort of day care, this is very shady A cafeteria on site Great health plans and we pay very little Dental & vision Discount for cellphones only thru AT&T Discount tkts for Bdwy plays

Sage I was going to write that, but they are not that bad here, I love my place of employment and the people. It is just not challenging and I will not complain, b/c I am not stressed and there is no gossip or nitpicking and pettiness here, I guess we win some we lose some

free cable & modem service private fitness center on premises awesome medical and dental 1/2 off movie theater tix discounts at random companies (800 flowers, etc)

Ok, we get a couple. But for a HUGE company like mine, it's pretty pitiful...
We get reimbursed (up to a certain amount) for parking or metro.
We get performance bonuses.
Tuition reimbursement up to $5000.
Medical, dental
That's it!!! Any party that the company has you have you have to contribute money. I hate that.

One of my past jobs, (A Large investment firm on 5th avenue). We had free meals. Free breakast, lunch and snack... Was GREAT Of course we loved it so much, that we had to have a little of this and a little of that too often ITs the best sight, seeing a bunch of men in suits,lined up for brownies at 3pm. and the food was delicious !

My company actually offers a bunch of perks if you take advantage of them....
We have onsite emgerency day care Onsite Gym Onsite HealthServices Tution Reimbursement Flexible Work Time (Goes by Department Manager) Computers at home (if needed for work) Various discounts at stores, shows, etc. Discounts on Mortgages, Loans
but if you don't use any of the above the company ****s....no raises in 3 years!!!

We have some perks but nothing that is all that important to me aside from health benefits which isnt really a perk but part of your compensation. I come to work for a salary and a bonus and thats it.

health/dental benefits tuition reimbursement up to 3 courses/semester subsidized cafeteria emergency childcare Some discount tickets Free admission to some museums Scholarships to employees children for college
Basically, I can't complain.
What perks I wish for: Childcare services on-site is the only one I would hope for. I think our headquarters office has it, but not NYC offices.
