What's the cheapest broadband/cable/phone package out there?

We have Optimum Online at my parents' house.... does anyone use anything different that's cheaper?

I use Vonage but I hate it! We will probably go back to Verizon. It's about $25 a month but not worth the aggravation. Sometimes it's like a cell phone with bad reception. Sometimes voicemail doesn't pick up when it is supposed to. Customer service puts you on hold for hours, only to give you a call back appointment. We are waiting to see if their most recent tweaking of the bandwidth has helped. But that took about 5 nights of DH being on the phone with them.
