and what hall are you using? we need to find a hall with a cocktail hour no later then 630

We are using Coindre Hall. It's one of the mansion Lessing's caters for. It is a different style than a hall. I am not sure what you are looking for, but our cocktail hour begins at 7.

If you get married on a Friday or Sunday night, your cocktail hour will usually be before 6:30. Well...let me correct that, Friday night you can choose what time you would like to have your CH because there is not an affair before yours. On a sunday the CH usually starts somewhere between 5 and 6:30 depending you the hall. Saturday night weddings tend to start later. You could always book a twilight, however, they tend to cost more per plate.

We got married on a Sunday and told them what time we wanted...we chose 6:30 and got married at the Swan Club. It depends on the hall, if there are other weddings going on because they probably stagger the times. If you book before there are other weddings book I would think you could pick first.

I'm having an afternoon reception at WCC but when we first booked with them, we were going for an evening reception and we could start at 6:30. If you're the first party to book at a RH, they usually let you have the time you want.

My wedding was a Friday night and the cocktail hour was at 8 pm. Thats usually a 'set' Villa Lombardi's thing......all Rh's are different. They might have different lee-ways on different days. Call them and they should be able to help!

Our cocktail hour will be 700. Our wedding is at Flowerfield and it's a Friday night! HTH! ETA Sorry, I just realized our CEREMONY is at 630...so I'm really not much help to you!!

Whats a twilight cocktail hour- someone mentioned? Does that mean the cocktail hours starts really late and the reception goes past midnight or 1 am??

our wedding is on a Friday and Lombardi's on the Sound let us pretty much choose our start time. we originally had it for 7:30 when we signed our contract, then decided to make it earlier to 7:00 to make sure everyone could see the incredible view.....but we could've done even earlier since there was nothing booked ahead of us on a Friday
