what time is your photographer booked till?

this may sound like a silly question..... but let me explain
I'm booked with an all inclusive package, so the photo package is for 8hrs the my church service ( which I haven't booked...oops) will prob b at 5 CH 8 recp 9-1 do the math that's 8 hrs so I get no pics at My home while getting ready! :(

the salesman solution and suggestion oh well we don't stay till the end we leave after u cut the cake????? so we can do 4 at your parents for pics.... what u can't leave at 12? that seemed strange to me! that's not normal right???

My photographer left after the cake. I think that's pretty normal.

we have our photographer for 10 hours. she will be getting there while i'm getting ready (around 2:30pm) and leaving during our afterparty.

my sister's photographer for her wedding left after cake. I booked an unlimited hour package though because I felt that the best pics happen after cake when the party is really getting started. My friend's wedding photos from the dance floor at the end of the night were hilarious and I didn't want my photog to leave because of that. If those pics aren't that important to you then have them leave after cake. If they are, then I would see what your photographer would charge to stay until the end

they told me if reception is over at 1 cake is around 1130 so they well leave at 12.
I can book extra hours of I want but I think it's 300 an hr!

that's what I thought too! I was thinking first dance, speeches, eat, parents dance, cake cutting.....

My videographer stayed after the cake cutting and that part of the video is a hot mess. It's basically my husband doing a bunch of shots with anyone that came up to him and me and my friends screaming along to backstreet boys LOL.

I'm glad they didn't catch him ripping his pants jumping on the speaker!!!

I think how you time things will become important and that there may be shots you really want you have to cut or pay more for, are you doing a reveal before hand or is your FH seeing you at church, are you doing BP and Family Pics before Church, doing that will take time away from end of night. I would make a list of MUST HAVES and see when in your day they take place, if it is all early in the day - don't worry, but if something that is really important happens latter in your timeline then you have to adjust the timeline or pay for more time!

My cousins wedding was at thatched cottage and they did the parent dances before the cake.
