What to throw???

What to throw???

I love the traditonal throwing of rice after the ceremony but my church will not allow it. They wont allow rose petals either, i guess because they dont want to have to clean up. Does anyone know of any party poppers that keep the streamers attatched to the popper after it shoots them out? Any other suggestions of what to throw besides bubbles? Thanks!

Ya, I need some suggestions too, my church won't let us throw anything either, I wanted to do baloons in my colors but they said no to that b/c its a hazzard of some sort to the environment, geez, whats left?

I did see on one website that they used dried lavander and when you step on it the fragrance comes out. Im not sure if my church would allow that either, lol.

I'm searching around now, some people say use 'ribbon wands'. Not a bad idea, may look cute.

i heard people using like stra]mesr attached to a stick or bubbles. the bubbles can be really cute in pictures.

My church wont allow petals or birdseed either

My mom said bubbles stain some dresses! She got stained with bubbles once! But I may do bubbles anyways lol

I love petals, but my church doesn't allow them. I like tha bubble idea, but I worry about them staining the dresses. I don't think I am allowed to throw anything, so right now, I'm at a loss.

acmoore has 'rice' its made out of something else tho and its heart shaped. it melts when liquid hits it and it is enviroment safe! im gonna use that, bird seed or freeze dried petals ( they wont stain the dresses or sidewalk)

Go Party City or a wedding stationary store, they must have nice streamers that dont make a mess

can you ask your church to suggest something? They have to be able to, since they obviously have weddings there, and im sure someone has thrown something! Id call and ask what they would suggest, since you cant do the traditional methods.
