what to young to be marry?

I definiteley think under 21 is too young to get married. You should at least be of age to drink at your own wedding!!

I think it all depends on the couple. I don't think there's a magic number. I think I've been ready since I was 16... just hadn't met the guy.

Personally and JMO i think anything under 25 is too young.
I just remember my own personally experiences and i am thankful i had a
couple of serious boyfriends and a hanful of short term boyfriends.
It taught me sooo much about myself and what i want from a life partner.

I agree!! As they say.. if I knew then what I know now. Hell, I might never have even dated some of the other guys. Or I might never have broken up with FH all those years ago! We could have been married already! Oh well. It definitely helped shape who I am today; and all my bad experiences help me appreciate FH even more now that I am older, so it was definitely worth it.

I now know how a real man acts!

I met my FH when I was 21, and knew almost immediately that he was 'the one.' That being said, I feel fortunate that I had the opportunity to have a couple of long term relationships (I dated my high school sweetheart for over 3 years) and some casual dating experiences as well. I don't think I'd be ready to get married now if this was not the case.

I think it all depends on the person, their experiences, and their maturity level...

It totally depends on the person and where they are in their life. I got married at 27, and 28 now and sometimes think that I am so YOUNG, I can't believe I am already married. Maybe I am just in denial about how close I am to 30

But I have friends who did not go to college and reached the point in their lives where they were ready to take the next step in their lives years ahead of me. And they are all still happily married and now years ahead of me in the baby department.

I think those of us that got married in their later twenties look back on our own lives at 21, 23, and in my case even 25 and think about how different we were then. But the reality is that we don't stop changing when we get married. I am sure that in five years I will look back on my life right now and see how much I have changed.
