Major upgrades of the bathrooms. We have a jacuzzi tub and a steam shower in our condo that we rent. I won't be able to do without them when we buy a house

And heres one I really like! LOL (this is better than Barbies dream house!)

We have a lot on our list:
Hot tub, possibly pool
Central air
Central vacuum
Master suite with separate bathtub and shower (and we MUST have dual sinks)
At least a 2 car garage, better to have 3 (FH insist it be attached). It can't have anything above it, because we want to put a lift in one of the bays.

oh wow that one is gorgeous

for kitchens what i like is a retro styled kitchen. I mean dont get me wrong, i like the cherry wood cabinets with the granite and all that but its become VERY common, just about everyone has it now. But i like that 50's soda shop look mixed with modern, not sure if im explaining it right lol. One time i was watching myles of style on HGTV,not sure if anyone ever watches this show. And she did EXACTLY what i would've wanted for a kitchen. IT was all black, white and even a hint of this gray color, and then certain things would be in red to really make it pop, I LOVED IT!!!! and thats what i would want to do. I wanna see if i can find pics online of what she did

oh and also one time i was looking at apartment listings in forest hills and this one apt had the most unique stove and i LOOOVED it, i want something like this. Well if i do the retro black, white, grey and red theme then this wouldnt go lol

Ooooh, I love that too. I just love kitchens. Once we buy a house, I dont care if the rest of the rooms are the sizes of closets, just give me a nice kitchen!

Ooo i found some pictures of it. I love that the stove is a new one but its modeled after an old styled one

i love the appliances in red which is weird since im not a big red fan but like it in a kitchen. Also you cant really tell but behind the little black leather seat, she put up a red and white damask patterned board. I would want it even more retro looking a bit

i know, i am really loving it too. Like i said, the new stainless steel ones are great and nice, i have one now and one thing that annoys me is when you bake but otherwise its good lol. But then you walk into somebodies kitchen and they all are looking the same, not that its not nice but now its like when you walk into a kitchen, you almost expect to see that look ya know. But that 50's soda shop style with modern touches I LOOOOVE, and thats what i want. In the pics you dont get a feel for the room but on tv it was WOW. That stove really makes it too.
