what upgrade is a must-have once you buy a house

I know this is totally out there but i demand we install a urinal in our bathroom. That way there is no excuse for 'missing the bowl'

What about you ladies

Maybe a pool or maybe some upgrades to our kitchen. The kitchen is the most important part of the house to me.

Most of my upgrades would be in the kitchen. But i also think i would want central air and radient floor heating especially in the bathroom.

We bought a house, right now we are upgrading our kitchen, but with cheap cabinets because its all we can afford. I hope I can later upgrade the kitchen further and make a nicer master bath.
