central air
central vac
heat in the flooring
dual shower heads
jacuzzi tub (separate from the shower)
I also love that countertop that leads right into the sink which is made of the same material...forget what it is called, but it is streamlined and stays so clean...no cracks!

This is easy since FH and I have been house-hunting like crazy!
On his list: he wants a basement (for his man cave) and a big yard
My list: I must have a master bathroom and my rule is we are only allowed to see homes that have built in pools because if it's there we'll maintain it but we'll never spend the $$ to put one in.

I cant consider a house without a dishwasher and washer/dryer. After seeing what it was like living without them I cant bear to give them back up

I know this is totally out there but i demand we install a urinal in our bathroom. That way there is no excuse for 'missing the bowl'
What about you ladies
HAHAHA love it!
