Well what was the one thing that sold you on your venue?

The location (out East where we both grew up and on the L.I. Sound!) and the food--for FH he was psyched about the menu. So I compromised and we're having his lovely Italian feast at a beautiful location.

The decor and the fact that I got that 'feeling' when I walked into the ballroom.... I could totally picture my wedding there.

We looked at a bunch of places, but fell in love with Woodbury CC. They had a place for an outdoor ceremony and CH as well as a great room for the reception. The manager was also great!

It was so classy, we are the only wedding and they offered sooooo much food!

I think it was a combination of the grounds, the food and the banquet manager. FH and I fell in love with the CH room right away and then we saw the ballroom and we were sold.

I heard the food was amazing. The Banquet manager was great. Most of all it was the ballroom. It was love at first sight
The price wasnt half bad either

A few things actually. 1) Price for a Saturday night, one event at a time, and it's near the water.

There were a few things: 1 wedding at a time, we loved how charming and romantic it was, and we loved the beautiful outdoor ceremony location overlooking the water.

i would have to say the banquet manager was the best out of all the places we went to and chateau offered us the best price.

This was nearly a clincher for us. The banquet manager was really nice. Like overly nice, giving us some tasty desserts while he went over the information.

We had fallen in love with Raphael's before we were even engaged. It's just such a romantic, elegant place - we loved the views of the vineyard, the rustic feel of it and the gourmet style of the food. Plus the banquet mgr was the sweetest woman. I think what really did it for me was feeling like I was in Tuscany.

A few things actually helped us decide on the Manor East. The price for a Saturday night wedding, the professionalism of everyone there and the thing my FI loved the most was that they were able to help a couple do their wedding in 6 days when their hall closed right before their wedding.

Aside from haering about the quality of the food, the cocktail hour room sold me. In all honesty- it was everything about it!!!

For me it was the setting - I love the views of the water! The food is also really good and wedding coordinator is wonderful. We looked at so many places and I wanted something where I had a lot of choices and felt elegant.

It was the first and only location that we looked into. It just offered everything that we wanted. I could not picture a more beautiful and perfect location.
