Did your hall go by headcount or total dollars for the room?
One of my friends just got engaged and she is was wondering what the headcounts were for different halls.

Re: What was your hall minimum headcount?
Chateau Briand - Friday Evening, 100 min.
Just wanted to say that it's not so much the reception hall minimum, but the ROOM minimum at each hall. For example, if I wanted the huge room at my RH, the minimum would have been 175 or 200, so we're using one of the smaller rooms. Make sense?
I would advise your friend to just go to the halls that she likes, tell them how many people she expects, UNDERESTIMATE the number, and then they'll show her the rooms that she can book at that particular hall.

Re: What was your hall minimum headcount?
Jericho Terrace wanted me to guarantee 165 people for the Skylight Room and 190 for the Dome Room. That being said, we booked the Skylight Room and now my list is about 245 people so I could;ve probably done the Dome Room.
Oh well, the Skylight Room is very pretty and you get the biggest bridal suite with it.
ETA: That's for a Friday evening in September.
