I love ordering lamb when I go to restaurants because I never cook it at home so I'm bias.

if thinking of the guests......I'd go with the filet mignon, chicken, & sea bass b/c it gives the best range for everyone.
If i was choosing a menu that was just for me I'd go with the filet mignon and lamb chops....b/c I am a meat eater...LOL

I picked #2. IMO, baby lamb chops seem best as a CH option.

I chose option 2 only because I feel not a lot of people are fans of lamb and a lot more people eat chicken. JMO.
Personally out of all of that i would order the filet mignon (unless the veg. option is more enticing).

I think # 2 is best. A lot of people dont like lamb and i think you always should have a chicken option.

I love lamb chops but many people do not eat red meat. I would offer a chicken option. JMO!

I chose the one with the chicken, knowing that you 'should' have a beef/chicken/fish entree choice. But personally I would want the lamb chops!!! I know I am going to be going through the same issue too because I love lamb and I love duck.. I almost want to be all bridezilla like - 'F-it! It's my wedding, you eat what I serve!'

We are actually doing baby lamb chops as a passed hor-duever (sp?).

RH twin! I'm going to have the same predicament as you. But I'm going to make sure to have the baby lamb shops in the cocktail hour -- they are passed, but you can definitely ask them to have it in one of your stations. They're flexible.

Yeah, we're def having them at CH . . . Some people want them to be a dinner option also though. While I rarely eat chicken and would never order it out, I still think there's plenty of people who expect to see it as an option. I'm glad I'm not alone on this one!
