We bought our wedding bands at the end of May. I took them out to show one of my BM's and I noticed a diamond was missing!!!! I couldn't freaking believe it - I haven't even worn it yet! It definetly wasn't like that when I bought it, but I've only taken it out once b/f to show my Mom when she was here from GA. I know they'll replace it for free, we have a lifetime guarantee or something. But I'm so annoyed. Should I just get it replaced or return it and go elsewhere?

I would probably return it and go elsewhere.....that says a LOT about the quality of their product....

I can see your frustration. I would bring it back and see if you can get a full refund. But you should know that with eternity bands the stones get loose and fall out often. I am actually going to get two bands one plain and an eternity.

uhm, I would have it fixed, you have a warranty, that's why you bought it!

Normally I would say just have them replace it...but being that you havent worn it I would say return it! If you havent worn it and there are missing stones how often is this going to happen when you do wear it

Yeah, but I didn't think I'd have to use it b/f my wedding day!
