what would you have done....(hope it makes sense)

Original post by jenny2penny

Two girls were really the closest of friends for about 2 years, shared everything. The bride had always been a little wild, but after met FH she did calmed down. The friend was asked to be in BP and she was so excited but was in another state. While the girl was away the mother had the shower, and the friend was hurt that she was left out, when she was visiting a few months before wedding (shower could have been then). the bride also asked a friend she had not been in touch with for years, but used to be close with to be in BP, a few months before wedding. Last time the friend visited (new years), FH got sick and went home early, but friend, her boyfriend, and bride went out and met up with boyfriends friends. That night Bride got so drunk (which she is NOTORIOUS for, infact entire friendship, the friend always protected her and drove bride home drunk) she slept with boyfriends FRIEND. Now the bride wrote friend a letter stating FH and I think it's best you not be in BP.

Friend found out that the bride got so drunk at her B-Party that an ambulance was called. And her 'friends' left before the evening was over. (friends would never had done that)

If you weret he friends would you be hurt, is it her fault to watch her 24/7?

IMO, i think they need to postpone the wedding to determine WHY the bride slept with someone one month before her wedding.

not need to kick the friend out of the BP, the bride is an adult and the friend is not responsible for the bride's actions - that's immature. if the friend was asked to be in the BP, there was probably a good reason. her friendship was valued. just bc the bride slept with friend's boyfriend's friend doesn't mean that the friend is bad.

sounds to me like the groom is trying to justify the bride's actions by placing blame where it doesn't belong, and is in denial that their relationship is in need of some repair.

With all this trouble before the wedding spound like the marriage willl last a very long time. The friend is better off not being in the wedding party. She may save on what seems like it may be just a waste of money. She can go to the wedding and be a spectator. Kind of like being in the audience fo Ricki Lake
