I don't like the chinese slippers but I voted for them anyway because some guests might be wearing hose - no matter what the weather....


I never thought about that! Good call. I'm still sticking with the flip flops since I already got them!

the only thing is, I think some people might have hose on and won't be able to wear the flip-flops.

How about something like a ballerina slipper? It's a little fancier and probably more comfortable.

This is just a basic idea. You can get them in any color and they don't have to have the bows or be shiny.

Those are pretty cute but I think they'll end up being a lot more expensive then either two choices.

Yea I have seen them for $10, I'm sure you can find them on sale somewhere or the outlets? I just like them because they are really comfortable but they look more formal than flip flops.

i would prefer flip flops because the chinese slippers tend to rip pretty quickly. I think flip flops would hold up better

Melissa Id go with flipflops...you can get them so cheap anywhere...even old navy in any color..comfy and reusable

If I could find them in the color I want I would go with flip flops but I can't find them and getting really annoyed...lol

i say slippers for a few reasons

people wearing pantyhose cant wear the flip flops

and also - sometimes really cheap pairs of flip flops HURT so bad - i tried to by a few pairs at the flea market and they sliced up my feet

the slippers are so much more comfortable! I wear mine every day ( although i dont leave the house in them lol)

ETA: i have them on right now - a black pair over my white socks. i am one sexy lady.

i have only been to one wedding with this - it is a nice idea but i am not doing it bc i am lazy lol

you just get a bunch in all different sizes for the guests, i would say for about 25% of your guests

and then we got one in our sizes if we were in the BP that matched our dresses

hmmm, not really sure
i dont think i would wear either one - i personally would never take my shoes off at an affair

i think women will have hose on which would make the flip flops difficult

i do have chinese slippers and they are comfy
