Sorry to hear, But whenever fh and I feel that way we just give each other a day or so of alone time, and then we talk about whatever the issue is. Usually it is an issue with his job that is stressing him out (He is an architect and his boss always tries to screw him over) After we talk we are usually ok. We haven't gotten into a disagreement in months, which is a record for us. lol

I'm sorry to hear you're going through this. It may be what you said and FH may just feel overwhelmed about a lot of different things. Maybe try and see if he you guys can set aside time for yourselves, maybe go out to dinner or something, and talk through what's bothering you. Just let him know that you are there to lend an ear whenever he has something on his mind.

i'm sorry that you're going through this too.... there's always going to be times when you are less connected than others... but like you said... it could be a plethora of reasons as to why he's behaving the way he is... so give him some time and when the opportunity presents itself... sit down and have an honest conversation with him and tell him that you want to be there for him and to be more involved...and see how he takes it.

I'm sorry to hear that. My FH and I get like that sometimes. We try to take a time out from each other and let each other breathe again and then we start to talk. We try to talk about anything and everything that is bothering both of us and causing us to disconnect. I learned a long time ago that communication is the best way to solve any issue you and your mate might have. The longer you keep whatever you feel inside, the longer it festers and starts to annoy you and destroy your relationship. Good Luck!
