lifestyle change with FH. Hitting the gym, being dedicated to our jobs, going out more on the weekends, move into our new apt, etc... I need an entire overhaul

I want to try and not sweat the small stuff so much. I can get so stressed about the littlest things. I want to relax and enjoy life more b/c there is so much to be thankful for.

mine is not rush judgement on others, and be patience, i uusually would say lose weight but i am not, i do it anyway....
