oh that's a tough one.
probably chicken picata, baked clams, clam sauce, chicken soup, apple pie, pineapple cheesecake, pesto sauce...those are all my specialties

I make excellent lasagna, and most of my Italian specialties can 'pass' ...but FH particularly likes this cauliflower casserole thing I make with tons of butter, cheese, and other fatttening stuff that makes you forget it was cauliflower in the 1st place
ETA: i really am a much better 'baker' than cook, I love baking ... but love tasting my own products TOO much so I don't bake unless its to give it away![]()

Well actually its sautéed mussels & scallops in Garlic & Butter tossed with Garlic Butter Angel Hair pasta topped with fresh grated Parmesan Reggiano Cheese and chopped up parsley.

I did a Sauce cooking lesson for my friend when she got married. I taught her how to make Sunday gravy with all the meat and trimmings. Her hubby was very happy :)

Tacos & Enchiladas with Spanish Rice
Both made from scratch. Fresh spices and hand rolled.
Make Cheese and Beef Enchiladas
Tacos with tons of spices and kick (not hot) includes mixing in fresh tomatoes and a bit of salsa.
Spanish Rice from scratch (no packages thank you). This is actually the hardest part cause Im picky.
(which I don’t really find all that big of a deal)

FH and I both are really good cooks, but neither one of us has a specialty. I guess that if I had to pick something it would be my roasted vegetable tomato cream sauce and my B52 cheesecake.

I prefer a well made Steak and prefect mashed potatoes.
Our co-collaborations include:
-Rosemary Chicken packets cooked with butter, lemon, rosemary & asparagus.
-Sundried Tomatoes & Asparagus pasta
-Turkey stuffed with aromatics (apples, onions, rosemary & Sage) and covered with Butter & Tyme. (not without stuffing but that’s Jim’s thing)
-Stirfry meals (come on like you didn’t know THAT was coming) special sauces depending if it’s Chicken or steak. I have become an expert and slicing up veggies and Jim’s sauces include Oyster sauce, soy and other mixes.
-Butterflied Chicken breasts stuffed with asparagus & cheese (only a little) oven roasted. Skinless & Boneless
Don’t get me started on desserts hehehe

The best things I make from scratch are pesto sauce and chicken soup.
Our favorite meal, especially when we're rushed, is pork chops with shake and bake, instant garlic mashed potatoes and frozen string beans with almonds. lol!

Well, its not my best, but its mine and DH's favorite to eat, Chicken Cutlet, mashed potatoes and cream corn!!

When we have a place to sit you down for a decent meal. We cook a lot. Love to cook. When I had my place in Queens we NEVER ate out. Made no sense. All that I just mentioned is a lot cheaper to make at home than to go out and eat.
