Green Chile Chicken Enchiladas. I am working on that Italian thing but the FMIL doens't sit down to teach ya know?

I'm not much of a cook, but I love to bake!

I get alot of compliments on my tiramisu, and chocolate chocolate chip cookies with mocha creme filling!

I just never know what to make for dinner. I'm sure I could figure it out, if I knew what to do. I'm just not that domestic.

I am in a similar boat, I get sick of making the few things I know how to cook over and over...it gets old after a while ya know

i cant make eggs to save my life lol. i dont know what it is they just always come out terrible

you just have to not be afraid to be creative and different things. some of my best dishes are things that i wouldnt normally have thought went together. well im making a whole mess of potato pancakes and pierogis next week you will have to come over for a take out container

I make a 'faux' Beef Bourguinonne using either stew meat or (better) - nice steak or other nice premium cut and cut it into chunks.
Bay leaf, cans of tomato, and mushroom soups (either 1 or 2 each depending on how much you are making), lipton onion soup mix, burgundy wine, spices and milk (I think, I haven't done it in ages). Mix it all up, pour into aluminum pan which has the meat in it already, put in oven covered with more foil until meat is done and it's all bubbly but the liquid hasn't totally reduced to nothing.

OMG it's heaven.

I'll have to find the recipe and post it again.

Probably my Shrimp Scampi over linguine or rice.

A staple meal which is always good are my sauteed, breaded chicken cutlets, real mashed potatoes and asparagus.

DH makes a mean breakfast - scrambled eggs w/ fresh parsley and parmagianno/reggiano cheese or omelettes and real hash brown potatoes.

I enjoy cooking - wish I had more time.

I like my shrimp and chicken parm....but FI would argue and say my chicken cordon blue.

I make a mean penne ala vodka, I also really like my chicken rolls with bacon and cream cheese.
