what's the one material item you want but can't afford?
What is the one item for your wedding that you really want but can't afford? or simply don't want to blow the money on?

I didn't think I had an answer to thisat first, but I do.........I keep telling myself that $120 is UTTERLY NUTS for a cake topper, which it is, but it's so pretty!!!!! I wants the precious.

A million dollar wedding!!!!
Having been married already, in hind site, it would have been incredibly wonderful to plan and see every idea and design happen without the figuring and price shopping. Just keep planning, picking and spending without a care... and still have some leftover for a new house!!!!

Does Oheka castle count as a material item? Hahah. Let's just say if money was no object I would definitely upgrade my RH.
I would also like a Ron-Ben Israel cake and gorgeous letterpressed invitations....oh, the list could go one....

Someone posted a photo of blue diamond earrings from ice.com the other day, and I cannot stop thinking about them. I even have the link saved under my favorites!

I have that link saved too!
I think i would spend the money on our rings. FH and I are not materialistic people so i know we are going to cut back when we pick out our bands. I wish we could let ourselves 'splurge' on them but i know that paying for other things is more important in a way.

A diamond wedding band. The bands FH and I picked out are matching, but more than we expected. FH said he will get it for me on our anniversary!
Oh and maybe a collette peters cake, I love her!!!

oh man! we are being really conservative for our big day, since we are paying for most of it ourselves. here's a little list of things we couldn't squeeze into out budget but gosh i wish we could...lol

I think I would have wanted to hire a wedding coordinator to do all of the leg work for me. Also, I would have liked to have my dancefloor draped with flowers and a Collette Peters cake. Okay so that's 3.
