I have a question...What's the one thing that you refuse to budge on? What's the thing you feel is going to make the most impact?
I think the DJ is the #1 thing that can make or break a wedding. I am soooo nervous to book a DJ. What if I make the wrong decision? We are only going to have a DJ/MC combo, no band. I don't want to break the bank with a DJ, but I feel it is the most important thing at a wedding. Ugh...

DJ for sure!! They do make the wedding, and that's one thing I haven't booked yet either.

The food was really important to us. We had a tasting at a certain RH, we couldn't bear the thought of feeding it to our friends and family (not saying who, so as not to offend anyone).
I mean, nothing can be worse than bad food, IMO. The DJ is important too, but we have the type of family/friends that would get up and dance to almost anything.

I think that the photographer is the most important thing other then the venue. The day is going to go so quickly that I want to be able to look back and remember every special moment. That is the next thing that we will be booking, I already know who I want

I agree that the DJ and Photographer/Videographer are top 2 vendors! Set the tone for the day of and for the future.

The photographer and the food. I feel like I could get almost any DJ that vibes with our personalities because we have very specific songs we want played.

I think the two things that your guests remembered when it comes to a wedding is if the food is good and if the DJ had you dancing so those were the two things I was most concerned about

Agreed with the DJ!! My FH and I made that decision early on and we went all out and got every single add on we wanted with the dj and we are so happy with what we decided.

It's so hard to choose just one! In reality I have to say photos because I hope to keep them and pass them down. But in the view of enjoying the present moment and having a great party... Then the DJ for me as well! The first thing that I went out and got and KNEW what I wanted was my dress though, then I booked the photog who could capture the day the way I see it and now I'm focused on DJ so it's pretty hard to say which was most important to me.

I think photo.. although DJ stresses me out too! I took forever to pick photo because my family is OBSESSED with photos and I knew if I didn't pick a good one, I would hate my life. LOL

I def think the DJ is important, but I'm pretty sure whatever is playing at my wedding everyone will dance to regardless. I think that the service and food at my venue will be the most important. I mean, I really want my pictures to be flawless and worry about this A LOT, but this is the biggest party I'm ever going to throw and I want to make sure my guests have an amazing time. So yes, service/food at my venue is the most important.

Photography/Video and DJ. I love to take pictures and I cherish all my pictures. If my pictures were not to my liking I would feel like I have nothing to remember my special day. Same thing goes with video. Music is also important to me. I love to my party/have fun so does my family. FH is also a DJ so music plays a big role in our lives.

To me the one thing is My DJ and food! ok so theres two lol.
The DJ makes the Party , The Coctail Hour is another.

My photos and the place (food) were the most important to me. FH big thing was the D.J. so as much as I think that is very important he took over that area.

I wish I could have done that. There was one place that I HATED but felt rude cutting the meeting short. I just became more and more annoyed as it went on, and I think my jaw dropped when she told us the price!
