Do any of you know the order of ceremony? We are not getting married in the church and need some direction.

your officiant should be able to give you an outline. Ours is an interfaith one we got from our officiant/

Re: what's the order of ceremony?

We are having an Officiant at our non-church ceremony. She gave us a list of options and we chose what we wanted and added in anything that we felt. She gave us the processional also. She was very accomodating. This is a second marriage for me and I have 2 children, one who is going to the wedding. For her, we are doing extra special things. Our officiant has dealt with 2nd marriages. She had something special we could use for a 'jewerly' ceremony for her, where we are welcoming her into this family, her extended family and we are putting a necklace on her. Also, she is singing at the ceremony, so she added that in. My sister will be 8 months pregnant with twins and she is working with me to see what will work best for her. She is easily reachable via email and very flexible.
