what's the worst thing you've ever seen happen at a wedding?

The bride was ghetto and had the ENTIRE veil covering her face not just the blusher!!!! in the pics walking down the aisle you couldn't even see her face in any of the pics. my ex's mom had to get up before vows were exchanged and put the veil on her correctly. a mess!!!

please share your crazy wedding stories.

I went to a wedding where most of the guests were late for the church - so late that people had to double park. One lady came in chasing another lady begging and pleading for her to move her car so she could get out. The lady who blocked her said 'Too bad, I am in church at a wedding.' They were screaming at each other in a church. Five minutes later, the cops came in in the middle of the ceremony as the bride and groom were on the altar to get people to move cars. I was so embarrassed for the couple.

Thankfully I havent witnessed any wedding horror stories but your story is horrible!!! I would die if that happened!

Thankfully I havent witnessed any wedding horror stories but your story is horrible!!! I would die if that happened!

I went to a wedding where the grooms ex came to reception to start trouble. She broke a champagne bottle and tried to attack the bride.

Another time, I went to a wedding and the grooms ex wife tried to stop the wedding. The groomsmen had to escort her out. These ex's are nuts.

We went to a wedding in NC. The bride and groom couldnt lite the unity candle with the other 2 candles so the groom pulled out a lighter and lit the candle....redneck!!!! The receiving line was the entire family of the bride!!! weird!!!! The topper the bride fell on the dance floor I guess she was drunk.
besides all the other weird stuff that happened that was the worst.

The couple was getting married at the church and the priest didn't know the bride's name. He kept calling her something else and at first no one knew what was going on. Then we all figured it out.

She and her husband told him twice during the ceremony that he wasn't saying her right name. He apologized, we all laughed and he said it right for the next few times. Then he forgot again and went back to the wrong name. LOL. Even for the vows, he said the wrong name, and the groom had to say the right name.

how about when a bm threw up 2 times at the alter during the ceremony and never said sorry to the bride? claimed to everyone that she got sick.. but ended up drunk at the end of the night?

yup.. that happened to me at my wedding!

She seriously puked on the altar during the ceremony?!?! OMG...

At my aunts wedding iin Ohio- we got to the reception and the DJ wasn't there! his stuff was all there, but he wasn't. So there was no one to do the intros or have music playing. So my dad- the wedding DJ from 1970's figured out how to turn the mics on, and a dj from another wedding going on came in and turned on music and my dad did the intros. Then the DJ came in wearing jeans and a t-shirt and gave some excuse. But in the end my aunt didn't pay for him. And it turned out fine and we all had a blast. but she still gets upset when it comes up.

OMG! You guys are scaring me! I hope nothing like this stuff happens at my wedding.

However, I was at a wedding where a fight broke out between a cousin who was high on something and a family friend. It was over the cousin hitting on this guys Mom. It was a big fight and the groom ended up being dragged in and his watch (an engagement present from his wife) got broken.

My BILs brother (the best man) showed up LATE to the ceremony. He wasn't even there to walk down the isle. He snuck in the back door and sat down half way through. I know there was traffic and he was coming from Brooklyn, but com on dude!, leave EXTRA early to guarantee you are there. You know that there is major traffic on Southern State on a Sunday afternoon in July!

Oh, then one of the BM kept making requests and shout outs to her date- way to steal the spotlight- deary. I guess that was the djs fault, or my sisters for telling his- no requests.

FH works in a RH and once, the dj left early (don't know why) and they had to pump the soundsystem music in. Once, there were major fights and the cops were called and took 20 ppl away. One guy was pushed down the stairs. (this was the wedding where Mariah Carey came to sing 2 songs luckily it was before the fights )

Once - the video guy realized after the cocktail hour that he didn't have a tape in the camera and had to run to CVS to get one- so some footage was lost.

She seriously puked on the alter during the ceremony?!?! OMG...

she sure did! twice at the alter and then another one for old time's sake as my family friend and DOC carried her away down the side of the aisle.

it's funny when she threw up at the alter it was only when the pastor mentioned God in his sermon! that was her que! and then when my fam. friend and DOC carried her out they both said OMG and then she hurled again! talk about being a heathen!
