What's you biggest Wedding Day anxiety?

I think all athe nswers are genuine issues.. but I worry about Issue number 4 the most.

My FW is worried about # 1.

The one I have is someone walking into the church late and smack dab in the middle of my vows.

There is are so many things that could go wrong! I guess my biggest fear is something happening to the gown even before the ceremony starts. A huge tear or stain would be awful.

I also hope I will be able to my balance my time so I will be able to spend a little time with each guests but still have plenty of personal time enjoying the day with my new husband.

I would have to say falling up the aisle or DANCING in front of 200+ ppl!!!!

Dancing.. hmm.. never thought of that one.. Good answer there, SReidy... as usual.

That some unexpected major emergency would keep some of my loved ones from coming, like a funeral or hospitalization or something.
(I'm an OOT bride with a lot of OOT guests, so I fear they won't be able to travel to NY.)
Little things I can deal with, because they can and DO go wrong. I just really really really want to be surrounded by tons of my friends and family.

Even bigger for me would be if I (or FH) were sick on the wedding day (not exacxtly falling under the flatulence choice however.. LOL)

I get migraines a lot and I'm serioulsly praying that I don't have one on my wedding. That, or that either of us had some bad cold or any stomach virus, etc. IMO that would just a big damper on the day if neither of us were 'up to par.'

I can deal with anything else thrown our way (at least I think I can!)

This is a great question. I didn't respond to the poll because I have so many answers to it! I guess I'm a neurotic at heart!

1. Lots of guests don't show up.
2. Vendors (particularly the officiant and the band) don't show up.
3. Uncontrollable giggling fit during vows (I guess I'm a bad person, but anything that sounds sentimental tends to make me laugh)
4. Feeling sick on wedding day
5. Getting nervous and drinking too much! (BTW, I knew a bride who actually took SPECIAL K during her reception! She was COMPLETELY gone!
)
6. Having to dance in front of people. Neither FH nor I likes to dance... at all!
7. Being the center of attention for a whole day! Not really my kind of thing. I'm looking forward to being married but sometimes I get nervous about the wedding itself, I guess!

Everything!!
Everybody not getting to NY on time...disorganization...bad weather...
Being an Out of Town Bride brings another whole host of anxiety.

Definitely falling but also I find a have a tendency to yawn alot when I am in church - i know that sounds so horrible. Im hoping that day I will be able to control it while Im up at the altar!

Don't feel badly ... I tend to do that also, and FH does yawn constantly! (even when he isn't tired!) I keep worrying that we'll both be at the altar yawning our respective heads off, not b/c we are bored, just 'BECAUSE' (a loong Greek Orthodox ceremony that I, as a non-Greek, will know very little about.. Yikes!)

I like the giggling answer.. I could see my FW and I getting the ggiles and the ceremony taking two hours just for us to get throught the vows.. LOL

PS.. I'm not touching a drink before the ceremony.. LOL... well maybe 2... hehe

Falling is always an issue for me. . .
I have low shoes, but I'm probably getting a ridiculously long veil.

If it trip, it embarrsaig, but we can go one, I just don't want to hit my head on soemthign & have to get staples in my ahead again.
that realy wrecks a party. . .

I'm also concerned about the actual ceremony--that I'll say something wrong.

And there is the dirt on the dress thing.

I'm not even thinking about the senile relatives casuing a scene- other people can deal with that.
