oh ok, yeah the brazilian community in astoria is growing. I grew up in astoria, well I moved there when i was 10 years old. The neighborhood has definitely changed ALOT but no matter what i'll always consider astoria home. Now i am in the mood to go to astoria and eat hahaha. Have you ever tried Euro's, its kinda like this hidden secret lol. Its a spaniard restaurant, its small and makes you feel like youre eating at someones home. The owner is this real nice lady and her kids work there too, she even is the one who takes the orders and serves you, so its a small family run business. The food is awesome though. Dh's family always goes and they like that its this small cozy atmosphere. Its right on the corner of 45th street and ditmars
Yes, a lot of Brazilians here and I although I dont know any Brazilians here I love how I can find my food here, they even have a huge Brazilian supermarket, its unbelievable. Also DH and I love greek food so Astoria is a paradise for us. I never heard about Euro's but will definitely go there!!!! BTW check the NW's board!

i just went to morimoto last week for the first time. The place is real nice and food was good, the tuna tartar, tuna pizza and rock shrimp were awesome.
