meet with all of our vendors? do they call us??

Most of my vendors told me the months I need to contact them I.e. DJ was 6 weeks, photographer/ videographer 1 month. I would give them call if you are unsure

Usually, they will call you for final meetings. I called in advance though to set up the appts.

I've only had one final meeting so far (florist) and they called me.

The only meetings I've had so far is with my venue and music director of my church. They both contacted me!

I'm going to see the florist on Wednesday - I contacted them.

Possibly doing the band this week also.

when i booked my vendors, they told me a roun about time we should be meeting again. i have it all written out so i have no problem contacting each one to make appts!
