My impatient self wants to schedule it already so I can make the menus.

we booked without a tasting.. but i wasn't really concerned about the food there because i've heard a lot of really great things about scotto brothers, but our BM said we can schedule a tasting if we'd like to before we go to finalize our menu
you can also go to the show case on weds and taste a lot of their cocktail hour foods.
we are going.. i didnt know there would be food though.. WOO HOO!! lolol.. thanx for the info!! :)
our menu is kind of the same as yours i think for CB... guests get 6 entree choices and we just pick the appetizer and dessert... and of course we choose what we want for the cocktail hour stations and stuff.

I went already, the night I booked, but I can go again... My hall offers tastings every Tuesday!

Re: When are you going for your tasting?
The tasting at MDR is awesome. They have all brides and grooms come at the same time --with four guests---and they set it up like a wedding. Call and find out the next time they do it and go....p.s.--you have to be booked already

Re: When are you going for your tasting?
We only had a sample of things they have for the CH, like homemade cheese, marinated veggies & meats while we were meeting with our BM. We booked without a tasting. We'll finalize the menu a few months before and do a tasting then so I know what I want to eat on my wedding day!

Re: When are you going for your tasting?
We did our tasting before we booked. I heard mixed reviews about the food at the milleridge so I wanted to do a tasting before we committed to having our wedding there. Turns out it's different chefs for the Milleridge INN and the Milleridge COTTAGE, and the chef at the cottage is amazing.
