When did you pick up your dress?

07 Ladies- how long before your wedding did you actually pick up your dress from the seamstress, after the alterations were done? I'm thinking maybe 4 - 5 days before? Does that sound about right?

i picked mine up the day before....that said, though i lived down the block from the shoppe and honestly, i didn't want it to get wrinkled or anything so i kept it there to the last possible second

i think it was like a week before, but it was so hard to find a place to store it in my house so that it didnt wrinkle

I told them my wedding was the 8th not the 29th..so I think I picked it up '2 days before the wedding'
