we invited about 195 people - to date we've recieved 4 no's, of 60 responses. granted we do have people coming sans date, but not that many. are no's coming?

Trust me - they are coming later...
and some of tose yeses will wind up becoming no's last minute as well!

I agree totally. The nos wait til the last minute, or don't even respond!!!
I'm still waiting for 20 responses and I've been married for nearly 3 months.
We had 4 back out at the last minute. 2 because their baby daughter came down with pneumonia (totally understandable) and the other 2 were guests of our friends that decided to come stag without telling us.
My friend said at the wedding 'I just didn't feel like entertaining, so I came alone'. I almost said 'I don't feel like paying for someone who's not here, so give me the money'
