We are paying 4 weeks before. We want the entire wedding paid for one month before the event. This way we are only paying for tips that month.

most places we checked were 2 weeks to 10 days before. I think one said we could adjust the numbers a few days before - Jericho Terrace? Can't recall now.

10 days seems to be the usual but you might want to call or maybe check your contract. mine mentions it on there
