Everyone involved already knows the date b/c I had to make sure the OOT BP members could make it, so I'm planning on sending them 2-3 weeks before just so they all have it in writing.

FH's mom just sent them out a few weeks ago - a little over a month in advance, I guess....

Our RD is July 3rd and my parents just got the invite in the mail from FH's mom today. I guess somewhere between four and six weeks is a good time frame.
