I used to take it off when I went to bed but now I always keep it on. I only take it off if I am getting my nails done, putting on lotion or using heavy duty cleaning products.

I don't wear it to bed or in the shower
other than that its on
Oh and my FH said if I go into the city the ring stays home

um I typically have only been wearing it when Im out with FH or at work
because my ring can be painful due to the prongs

I take mine off when I shower, swim, wash my hands, sleep, and cook. I'm always paranoid about something happening to it.

I usually take it off when i get home, definitely for sleep, shower, pools, beach, washing things, and when i go to clubs and bars, i tend to fling my hands all over and knock my ring into people! And people can fling into your ring in those places too!
