When do you tip the florist?

When do you give them the tip, if you don't see them at the reception?

Do you give it all to the person who brings the bouquets to the house & church?

I gave it to the guy who brought the bo-ks to the house. I asked if it was just him delivering all the flowers & it was. If 2 guys, double tip.

I tipped him when he brought them to the hotel where I was getting ready.

how much of a tip should I give them?

We were thinking about the people who were helping to set up the arrangements at the catering hall. Will the delivery guy split the cash? Or did you just hand him a $20 for the delivery alone?

These are great questions.. what DO I tip my florist?

Mine is showing up to the hall, cause that's where IM getting dressed. There are no centerpieces because those are taken care of by the Hall. No big flower thingie either. Just bo-ks, boutineers, corisages (sp?) and that's it. No set up, no break down. Just deliever and be gone. Heck.. just thinking of this makes me think I should just go pick them up myself!

I just tipped the delivery guy who brought my flowers to th ehouse. That was it, and I feel that is enough

If you feel that the person who made your flowers did an amazing job then you should put a seperate tip in an envelope for them with their name on it. Whatever you tip the driver just goes to the driver. He doesn't split it.
