When sending out invites.....
What is the average percentage of those that do not attend? For example if 150 invites are sent, what is the percentage of those that do not attend-aka RSVP No.

I'e heard 20%? I could be off... We kept saying we ere inviting 120 and hearing to expect 100.
they say 20% but I am thinking mine will be less. I think it will vary a lot depending on how many OOT guests there are too
I have also heard 20% which was about right for me. I invited roughly 200 guests and am down to 169 attending.
They say 20% but that would be high for us since we don't have a lot of out of town guests. You and FH and your parents know your guest list best and it should be easy to guess who will be definite no's and some that might say no, give or take a few randoms.
it really depends.. so far, i'm at like 10% no's, but still waiting on alot.. so maybe it'll be like around 15%
The RSVP's I already know are going to drive my FH and I crazy. It's going to be the waiting that will drive us nuts and the FMIL asking who RSVP'd. Lol
I've also heard 20% but I think it varies.
Around 20% on average but the more you invite, the greater the percentage. So, if you invite 20 people, they are likely to be close to you so fewer will decline. If you invite 400, they are likely to not be as close, so the percentage of declines will go up.
We invited 270 and are hoping for 230-250, lol
Last head count was almost 180. We guaranteed hall 125 and I'm hoping to be close to that. Does that make me cray cray lol? FH has lots of OOT family we are inviting from the west coast and our wedding is right before Thanksgiving so I am hoping we will be close to our guaranteed number of 125. We shall see lol...
I heard 15-20%. FH would not let me invite more than maximum capacity so we had to cut our guest list.
