when should i start the phone calls???

so ofcourse the rsvp date has come and gone, we are waiting on 62 people (not invites)
When should i hand out the lists, we are still getting responses every day, should i wait a week? ugh this is annoying.

I would give it a week and then hound them. My RSVP date was 9/23 and a couple of FH's people say they are coming but haven't sent the proof - so know he's calling them every night saying 'SEND IT BACK'. Annoying. I'm trying to finalize my seating.

i did it about 1 1/2-2 weeks afterwards.....

I woudl try and email those you can and then start callin! It is so annoying isn't it!!

we just got an RSVP card yesterday. our RSVP date was 10/1

My rsvp date was 10/1. I was waiting on 82 responses now I am waiting on 15. We found out that one of our friends never got his which was odd b/c we never got the invite sent back to us & I mailed them out Labor day weekend. After that I told my Mom & FMIL to see if they could call people about it and see what the deal was but didn't have to make it a priority. If peopel told me they were coming without sending the card i just wrote it down. I don't find the need in actually having the card, because I have a running list of who is & isnt coming.
