When should we send our STDs??

When should we send our STDs??

We just got them last night... I def want to wait until after the holidays so they don't get mixed with christmas cards.

But.. how long should I wait? I was thinking of sending them in March... but maybe we should send them late January. I figure March because thats when we're 'officially asking the bridal party' and thats when we agreed to be in 100% wedding mode. But.. the longer we wait the longer word has to travel that we got them and the more people assume we didn't send one.

I just don't want to send them too early and regret sending them to certain people (long story)... but I don't want to send out two batches. its all or nothing.

I'm getting married two weeks after you and I plan on sending them out Jan-Feb ish. But if you want to send them in March it is definitely OK. I want to get mine out so that people can start booking hotel rooms (so i have time if i need to add more rooms to the block)

lmaooo... yea, I guess I should try and find a hotel.. we keep putting that off. but thats a good point.

I am getting married the beginning of November and am sending mine out mid- January after the holiday chaos is over with. I don't seen a point in waiting any later because then our wedding invites are going out mid-late august. The wedding planner @ my RH also told us the samething.

from what i have read the general rule is 6-8 mths before your wedding unless its like a holiday weekend or something. I did mine 9 mths head so that ppl had time to take off since its on a Friday.

i sent mine out with my christmas cards. i figured since we are getting married this time next year that i could tie the two things together. plus, it saved us $$ on postage.
