When to do... hair/make-up

My wedding is in Nov., when do I do the hair and make-up trials?? I'm so confused!!

My wedding is in October. I am going to call this week or next & try make appts for June.

I think that's late compared to people here.

I'm just starting all of that now. Actually, I thought my friend was going to do it, but she just told me last week that she won't be able to take a Saturday off from her salon.

I must be doing it really late. I am not doing hair/makeup until September, and my wedding is oct 9th..

I would start ASAP because alot of makeup and hair stylist are already booked.

I think if you use a popular vendor, you may need to book soon. But trials in September are fine, I think.
I'm trying for June, b/c I can take off from work then.

Not to scare you but my wedding is in Oct. I just figured I'd get it out of the way in Jan.. come to find out everyone I thought I could just 'get' I couldnt. They were booked. A lot of the folks I wanted were booked.

I had three trials before I finally decided. Booking appts for trials put me into the end of February before I finally booked.

So I'd start now.
