One of my firends just emailed me and told me she just realized she'll have TOM at her wedding/HM. My first reaction was 'why didn't you plan around that?' and then I got thinking that most woman probably don't write out their cycles when they get a new calendar they way I do.

Didn't think about it at all when we booked our date.
It helps that I can move my cycle date (with birth control)
same here!

No, I didn't think about it at all -- but I lucked out. I'll have my period the week before, which means I won't have it the week of the wedding or for any time during our 2-week honeymoon!

If it hadn't worked out so well, that's what I'd have done, too.
Eek! I just used the link and found out I will be having my cycle on my honeymoon! Guess I will have to delay it that week!

Re: when you booked your date...
i didnt realize that your period goes backwards a week every year if you are on a normal cycle. according to all the things i've done to calculate it, i'll either have it for my wedding or during my honeymoon!
i didnt think about it at all when i booked the wedding... looks like i gotta go on bc and fix this asap

Re: when you booked your date...
I Didnt, as I went with mother nature and she caught me the night before my wedding, what a bummer. The Bridal Assistant at Chateau told us I was the 6th bride in a row who had her friend and all of them were at least a week or more early like I was, I guess its nerves or stress, but it did not harm my day, all went perfect

Re: when you booked your date...
I've been on the pill forever, so I just made sure that I manipulated it so I would get my period the week before my wedding. This way, I would be fine for our wedding and 16 day HM!!

My cycle is So out of Wack anyway. But this Month I got it on the 29th and that was my Day 4/29. I said to myself I am SOO HAPPY it wasn't 2 months.
