I have my dress, my hall, my dj, photographer/videographer. just sent out the std's, other then that i have so much to do....

Hello August brides!! I just booked the HM this week yay! But I still have to: Order BM gowns (Feb) Pick MOH (ASAP) book florist (Jan/Feb) book limo (Jan/Feb) book hair person/do trials buy veil tiara undergarments invitations (March) favors (May) BM gifts programs shoes Block hotel rooms I'm sure that I'm missing something...

I was just going ot post!!! i'm getting anxious... I need to know what i'm supposed to be up to... I was kicking A$$ in the beginning, booked ALL major stuff within a month, even got my dress over the summer! Since work started back up (in a HS).. i have done NOTHING!!! ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

-Hall- FH -Photo/Video- Duval -DJ- Variety -Dress -Tiara -Veil -Honey Moon Booked- EUROPE, *although we just got letter yesterday saying the airline is now charging a $50 surcharge EACH for the higher price in gas! INSANE, right!!! -Blocked Hotel Room, in FHI -Sent out STD -Pleminary Invite list
Still have: -OFFICIANT -Order BM dresses (Feb) - book florist -hopefully by the end of Christmas break... Signature Florist -Tuxes -book hair person/do trials- will call Jenn (hair geine) -Makeup trial/book?? -undergarments -invitations (pick out over break, start writing in Feb Break) -favors (soon) -BM gifts -programs -shoes

still haven't sent out all our save the dates, gotta get on that!!!!
other than the above, just a billion little things to do!! i can't think of the rest right now

...when does everyone plan on sending out invites and expecting an answer back?
(The last 4 months before my wedding are going to be hell for me 'cause I'll be studying for the boards! I need to get everything done ASAP - this post is a wonderful reminder!)

from what i was told by my coordinator, invites should be sent 2-3 prior to the wedding, so i'll be sending them out in May...Right??

I think that I'll send them out in may... too... JUNE is CRAZY at work (Missus, you know! ha ha)... so June is my NON-Plannig month! so everytign that has to be done before June will be, and little things will wait until July.
May is a good time to send them out, with responses due back first week in July I think.

Yep! We're weekend buddies!
And I'll be sending out invites toward the end of May... My printer said that for summer weddings, send them out a little early so that vacations aren't planned, etc.

What I need is MY dress (WENT LOOKING -think I found it) dresses for my bridesmaids, & MOB/MOG/GOB Tuxes purchase hair pins, crinoline, longline, shoes, garter Ketubah (we selected it - just need to order one -but want to talk to rabbi first - meeting him on 1/6 Select and purchase wedding bands photographer (THAT IS A BIG ONE TOO) Create Menu/order menu paper Create Program/order menu paper Order yarmulkes Order favors Purchase presents for bridesmaids getaway car - just need to the hotel not one for all day. Reserve room for first night as a married couple
