I have to make an appointment for my hair trial. Tarale was already booked I bet one you ladies who share my date stole her away, lol. I also have to make my makeup appointment. Any advice for those of you who have done those things. Should I do them on the same day? I live in the city it's tough for me to get out to LI. Good or bad idea?

I got a lot done todya, well, felt like a lot done...
1-ordered favors (see pic!) 2- Got our wedding rings!!! (I will post pic in a few!) 3- called 2 officiants (one more to call tomorrow)
WILL be ordering invites shortly!
I LOVE our rings!!! I wnat to wear it NOWWWWW!!!!
ETA: Tomorrow is 'estimate' fitting, meeting with Ensemble Champlain, and and Sat is Hair/Makeup Trial!!! YIPPEE!
Sue, Wow you were so productive today. I had to cancel my hair trial this evening b/c of the snow. I am sorry that I can't join you for your dress 'try-on/fitting.' My dress will not be in the store until May, sniff. But when ever I pass the store I always want to drop by and see it's 'cousin.' Lol.
Booked makeup Booked Hair Picked out invites and figured out wording (just waiting for $$ since invites come in 3-5 days) Tried on tuxes with FH (i didn't but you know what i mean) Picked up FH ring-BIG YIPPIE for that!! Decided on florist just waiting to see about 2 items on proposal before booking Bought my daughter's jewelry for the wedding day.

Have my dress,veil and tiara. Hall & Church. That's all.
I am still looking for BM dresses - went to a million stores and having problems because two of my girls are not small and I are not happy with they way they look in most dresses. Still trying to find something everyone can be happy with. NO limo's pictures or flowers.
Did get STD cards and they are ready to go out...
Favors- ? Need Chair Covers Need Ring Pillow

So how is everyone doing? I booked my OOT block of rooms Booked my first night bridal suite
I think I found my photographer. I have an appointment with a videographer this Tuesday and we shall see.
I went looking for invites with my mom today. She purchased personalized stationary for me b/c she was upset that I had been sending my thank you notes on crane's stationary that did not have my name. ***?? I humored her and picked personal stationary that is really similar to what I already had - this stuff just has my name on it.
I think my mom found her gown and next week I am going with my FMIL to look for dresses for her.

Time for another update!
So far I have: My dress ordered BM dresses ordered and in!! DJ photographer Hall favors flowers picked invites picked out tuxes blocked hotel rooms registered at BB&B And Macy's
Still need to do: find an officiant find hair person find makeup person Limos/and or shuttle bus order invites make programs MOB dress FOB suit order tuxes buy rings!! book honeymoon
so far thats all I can think of, but I am sure I have tons more to do!!!

me too - i hve so many other things to do before then too
but a few things have been completed my dress is in - just need to ay and it wil be shipped to me in Boston - no tax that wy ordered invitations should be in by the end of april BM dresses should be in by the end of april

booked....the hall, the dj, the flowers, the photography/video, the rev.
Purchased...my dress, the BM dresses, my shoes, invitations, stamps, favors, table camera's, Tiara, Veil
Still need to...pick out tuxes, register, address invites and send out, programs, menu's, and put favors together

There's a ton to still do but most of the things on my list can't be done right now. I can't print menus or programs until my church and hall finalize them with me.
It's a bit early for addressing all my invites and i wanted my dress to come in before i bought my veil and shoes.
I hate waiting around to do things. Feeling very unproductive.
