Ready to rob a bank!


Invitations are going out as soon as I get my little snowflake embossed stickers for my envelopes.
I ordered 5 lbs of fake snow to throw at the wedding instead of rice ... 5 pounds ... I have enough snow to cover all of Queens, what the heck was I thinking, 2 lbs would have been sufficent! I have to make those little bags soon.

I'm on a mission for a veil this weekend then I need hair/make up trials. My first fitting is November 20th ... My bachelorette party is November 13/14.

I cannot believe it's almost here! My FH is not usually the mushy sentimental type but the other night I wsa at his house making dinner and he says to me 'I'm just so excited. The bachelor party is coming up, the rehersal dinner, the day I get to marry you, the 'big party' (that's what he calls the wedding) and my dream honeymoon. And when we get back, we'll be a family, just the two of us' ... well I LOST IT! I'm always the emotional one and he's the one with his head on straight and narrow - and there he was all sweet, I couldn't take it!

It's so real now!

Other pressing issues seem to dampen the
joy sometimes - so just tying to stay positive

I am going to wait till Nov to send out my invites.. its a little early but I dont want them mixed in with all the holiday mail

still need to decide on a favor and order

and I need to do hair trials

I am so nervous and excited all at once!!

Im mailing my invites out in November as well... i was thinking the weekend that follows Thanksgiving (b/c i dont want to send them out TOO early).. but then i don't know if that is the Worst time to mail though?? HELP!!

Im getting stressed... having wedding nightmares every night (pretty much, they focus on things that i havent done yet, so hopefully when i finish those, i will have a more resolved sleep)

it's jsut the little details now that really get to you. Booking the Vendors seems like a walk in the park compared to this stuff... but i try to Enjoy it as much as i can.. As stressful as it may be, this is really a once in a lifetime experience. Im trying to enjoy the whole trip, and not just focus on the destination

Yes we will be unoffical date twins!!!
I was actually thinking the weekend BEFORE thanksgiving thinking that the weekend after is the start of christmas season... but have been second guessing myself that thats TOO early.
Did you have your shower yet? do you know when it will be?
Mine wont be till January so I would like my shower invites to go out before the wedding ones do. I am actually happy I am working right now b/c on my days off i go crazy with wedding stuff!!!
I would love to be able to get the place cards and seating charts over with.. but of course I have to send out the invites and get rsvps back first!

I Know!!!! I'm so anxious to do that stuff that i can't do until Later, yet, keep putting off the stuff that i Can do now

I'm so torn about when to send out invites!!! when did you make your RSVP date? we made our Jan15th. i think i should mail it right after thanksgiving or by the First week of December.... i dont want it to be so early that people forget or something. But, its also the beginning of presidents week (our weddings ) so i want to give as much notice as possible before people plan trips. Ok, i'm rambling

do you know what favors you want to do yet?

I did Jan 16th for the rsvps!
We are torn what to do... fh's family is very italian and he wants to do the oil bottles ( like the ones at italian resturnats) with a set of 4 dipping bowls but I wanted to do a set of 4 expresso cups and saucers...
I have been to the favor place so many times!
I also love the idea of doing mini bottles of wine but he dosent like it

Its hard b/c in his family over the last few years there have been SOOOOOO many weddings and sweet 16's and Engagement parties that everything has been given already!!
