We have all been through lot together I was just curious where we all are in the process?
We are waiting for closing in April

In contract.. going thru the whole mortgage process. supposed to close 'on our about May 1' so I assume that means June!

we closed in september and did a complete gut if the entire house. so far we did
all the sheet rock throughout the house and painted some rooms re did some of the wood flooring put in new wood flooring in 2 rooms so far and a hallway re did the electric put hi hats in re located the panel box to a back room from the kitchen made a landry room out of a big closet re did both baths re did the kitchen new roof updated the plumbing replaced some windows replaced all doors
what we are yet to do finish painting new siding landscpaing both front and back yards wood flooring in 2 more rooms finish decorating move in !!!!
