Where can I buy Cardstock in the city?......

try paper presentation...it depends which kind of cardstock you want, they have soooo many different types there...glossy paper, matte, glittery it all depends.

its on 18th street between 5th and 6th

There are 3 stores on 18th Street Between 5&6 avenue. A&I Friedman, PaperPresentation and another one which I don't remember the name of.
There is also Jam Paper on 3rd Avenue between 14 & 15th Street
