where can I find plain white satin pillows?

I need to find a plain white satin pillow. I'm planning on making my ringbearer pillow myself. Nothing tricky- just a simple navy ribbon around it, I just can't find a plain one..

anyone know where I should search next??

thanks!

I think craft shops like AC Moorse & Michaels have plain ones...
