Where can I get a dress to attend a wedding?

I just went to Macys, JC Penny's-I wanted to find a unique dress. TIA!

In forest hills on Austin street they have a couple of dress stores and such beautiful dresses, its also where i bought my e-party dress, i have pics in my album. OZ is great-so many gorgeous dresses and things you wont find at other stores, theres also chez moi, daniellas and a bunch of others.

Go to Nordstrom for dresses, they have nice dresses.

yeah my friend bought her e-party dress from there and it was real nice...I couldn't find something there though but it might just be when i went...i loved her dress though.

You could try estelle's in farmingdale..they have a sample dress area, alot of the dresses are the only one, and usually under a hundred!HTH and good luck!

bloomingdales is good too i have gotten a couple of dresses from there.

BTW i forgot to mention before that OZ is pretty expensive, you can get some things for less but most of the dresses are pricey...about $500 and up for dresses, norm is actually 700-1000...they do have quite a few for 200 and around that range, but on their site they have alot more and alot of great dresses...but the other stores on austin street are alot less and very nice too

Lord & Taylor has a TON of dresses right now...I needed one too, and had great luck there.

I was at Nordstrom the other day and they must have had a new shipment of dresses come in that day or something bec they had a huge section of these beautiful dresses. If I am looking for a dress I dont find anything but when I am not looking for a dress I find a ton, lol

There is a store on Bell Blvd, Charmaine, I dont know something with a 'C' and they have really nice dresses

hahaha i know thats exactly what happens...honestly that is why i went straight to oz...i was at nordstroms before i even started looking for dresses, fh just wanted to buy something and while he did that i looked around...Ive bought from oz before plus every single time i go in there I always see a dress i absolutely love. I went just that one day to look for dresses, tried 6 on and bought my dress

yeah i moved from astoria and now live 5 mins from austin street so i go there alot...Also they have great restaurants, FH and I go there to eat all the time.

I second Lord & Taylor's. I always find dresses there. You can also try Camille's. There is one in the palisades mall...they have a lot of beautiful party dresses.

We used to live there up until a year ago, we still drive 2 hours back in just to go to Narita (Japanese)... it's the best!!!
