Where can I get inexpensive julip cups?

i'd like to make some small arrangements ofr tables at the cocktail hour. The florists are charging me $10 each for the cup and probably 3 roses. Since I want a lot of them to decorate other areas - I'm thinking of doing it myself.
Do you think it will be cost effective?
Any suggestions on where I could get the cups at a good price? I'd use small glass vases as well if I could get a lot at a good price.

thanks
