where can I go to buy paper (and actually see the samples?)

I want to print my own direction cards on paper that matches my invites.

I don't necessarily need card stock, even just nice regular paper will do. However, I have cream colored invites, and I'd like to match the color.

Are there any stores (preferably in Nassau) where I can see samples to compare to my invites before I purchase it?

I went to Pick Quick paper in Farmingdale on Route 110. Here is the address:

700 Broadhollow Road (Route 110)
Farmingdale, NY 11735
(631) 845-5325

Quick Pick Paper

Good luck, I hope you find what your looking for.

Sorry, don't know nassau, but there a couple nice paper stores in manhattan, in Soho and the Village. Think you'd be able to match up what you needed there.

eta: AHA! Kate's Paperie. Four Manhattan locations, downtown, village, upper east side and midtown.

we printed our own directional cards from creme paper i bought from Staples. It was a bit heavier than regular paper.

ETA: It was called HammerMill cover stock.
